Superbly positioned in a location of great natural beauty in one of Australia’s fastest growing regions, Yatala (on the western side of the M1 Pacific Motorway) and Staplyton (east)  was once considered the Gold Coast’s ‘Ugly Duckling’. That was until the suburb was ‘discovered’ in the 1970s as a commercial / business / industrial centre conveniently positioned midway between the Brisbane CBD and the Gold Coast.
